Pizza meat lover

This is the full pizza experience, which I make for family. I can still use my pizza base or a ‘real’ pizza dough.

Ingredients

3-4 tbsp of a good arabiata sauce

1/2 onion sliced thinly

100 g salted bacon in small pieces (not pre-cooked)

10 -20 slices of Chorizo sausage or similar

100 g of marinated and pre-cooked chicken in small pieces (leftover is great)

1 tbsp chili oil

Mixed cheese (Parmesan cheese and grated Emmentaler) works very well) to top.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare first the pizza base as per the recipe or use your normal pizza dough

Step 2

Preheat your oven to 180 warm air or 200 normal.

Step 3

Bake the pizza in the oven approximately 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and the edges are brown.

Tips

This is a crowd please of a pizza. I sometimes will use a pre-packaged pizza dough for this since i anyway have to create another of the gluten-free and enough sometimes is enough. You can change the toppings as always, this one i have found is a winner every time.
