Sometimes we all need a helping hand. I am not a dietician or medical professional, but i have been on this allergy journey for more than 15 years now and we can help you find your own power. Whether you have allergies, food sensitivities or intolerances or just got stuck. 

I will work with you directly in a series of 1 hour sessions One  initial and  follow up sessions. We have a package on offer until 29 September for 1 initial session and 2 follow up sessions at EUR 200 total.
