Smoothie favorite- and ice-cream

I have borrowed this recipe and changed it a bit to suit my taste.

Ingredients

230 g pineapple in chunks and frozen

5 cm ginger, shredded

20 cardamon seeds or a smidgen of freshly ground cardamon

Juice of 1/2 or 1 lemon depending on taste and size

260 to 270 ml of your favorite lactose free milk- i use minus L milk.

Instructions

Step 1

Put all the ingredients in the blender and pulse until thick.

This makes 3 servings, so i store in the fridge and have for lunch or dinner. or use to freeze my own as ice cream. use the old fashioned forms with a stick and freeze for a day or two before eating. Great on a hot summer day.

Tips

love this as ice lollies in the summer as well- try.

If you are not a fan of cardamon leave out or try with something else. let me know any good ideas.

Careful about portions- due to the pineapple I have to divide in 3 portions otherwise it is causing me trouble.
