The best Guacomole

From my friend Marina and so good.


2 avocado’s
3 cloves of garlic, mashed
Juice of 1 lime
2 green chilies, seeded and chopped finely
2 tomatoes- skinned and deseeded, chopped finely
3 green onions, chopped finely
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt – add to taste
1 bunch of coriander, chopped
a tiny dash of rice vinegar to taste
a tiny dash of Worchester sauce- optional
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp sesame seeds for decoration
1/2 tbsp sea salt for decoration


Step 1

Mix all ingredients, use a blender if you like it creamy, use the pulse or make this with the fork if your prefer it more crunchy.


You can add cumin for a different taste or even a tiny bit of unsweetened chocolate nips.

It is superb with tortilla chips or nachos.

Careful about the portions though avocados are high in FODMAP and so are tomatoes.
