Ginger digestive drink
I found this online and have been enjoying the drink all summer.
Supergood when it is hot, you are on the verge of a bit of a cold or need some help with your digestion
Ingredients
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar- please use bio
water
Instructions
Step 1
Mix in a bottle 500 ml and leave in fridge until ice cold.
Tips
The original recipe calls for sugar. I have also tried with stevia, but none of those add any value to me. So leave sugars out and drink ice cold. I make 3-4 bottles and keep in the fridge and then reuse.
