Hibiscus Iced Tea

I do not like fruity teas and the sugary iced teas are not for me either. This recipe is one of my alternatives for a very hydrating drink. You can even add it to sparkling water or Prosecco/ cremant, and you will have a very festive drinkk.

    Step 1

Boil the water and pour it over the hibiscus tea. I use a tea filter- otherwise i have to use a sieve afterwards. Leave for 20 minutes and cool down before drinking.

Good to know

Use this as a basis for a drink with still, ice-cold water and crushed ice to taste. You can add a bit of honey, if you need it. But it is certainly not required. Or make a drink with sparkling water, a touch of white wine or cremant, stir and serve ice cold. Mix to your taste.
